Tornex ZLCS-Series Cup Standard Harmonic Reducer
The ZLCS-Series (Cup Standard) is a high-precision strain wave gear reducer featuring a standard cup-type flexspline design. Cup-Type Flexspline Design
The ZLCS series features a standard cup-shaped flexspline that delivers exceptional torsional rigidity and zero-backlash performance. The elliptical wave generator deforms the flexspline to engage with the circular spline, achieving smooth, silent operation with high torque capacity.
Wide Reduction Range
Available in reduction ratios from 30:1 to 160:1 across 7 frame sizes (14 to 45), the ZLCS series provides design flexibility for a broad range of precision motion applications — from compact robot joints to heavy-duty positioning systems.
Rigid Cross-Roller Bearing
Integrated cross-roller bearing (C type) provides high moment stiffness and axial load capacity, making the ZLCS series ideal for direct output flange mounting. Combined with lifetime grease lubrication for maintenance-free operation up to 15,000 hours.
